- As I have said before, it depends on what kind of meditation, and what
- you want to do with it.

- For general self-improvement stuff, try the Silva Method. They have
- people all over the world, so there should be a group in Milwaukee.
- Look them up in the phone book.

- For more spiritually oriented stuff, try posting to
- soc.religion.eastern or talk.religion.newage to find out about it in
- your area. Transcendental meditation is all over the place. (That's
- not to my particular taste though.) I think the Self-Realization
- Fellowship has a correspondence course with periodic visits with a
- teacher. I think you can find Zen centers near most big cities as
- well.

- Any kind of holistic health center or newage bookstore could probably
- point you in the right direction, or perhaps a health food store.
