- I vaguely remember an articles(s) in New Scientist a while back
- which suggested aiding meditation by writing a 'C' on the back of
- your hand and using this to remind yourself that you are conscious
- and alive at the moment you look at it and focussing on those sensations.
- This is was reputed to then aid subsequent meditation.
