- I hate it when people say the Black Crowes are talentless(Granted,
- Andrew your statement wasnt quite this strong--this is just a general
- bitch and moan) because they are clones of the Stones/Faces/insert
- favorite blues-oriented rock band here. Keith Richards will be the
- first to say he plagiarized every riff he played from Robert Johnson
- or Muddy Waters or Willie Dixon or bo Diddley.

- As for the specific comparison...I think the Crowes rockers are as
- strong as the Faces (although nothing as good as Stay With Me) and
- their more bluesy jams (Salvation Sometimes, Bad Luck Blue Eyes, She
- Talks to Angels, etc.) are superior. Nonetheless--in this age of
- corporate mass packaged rock, the Crowes at least have some balls and
- integrity in their music.
