  62. You forgot the SNL sketch with William Shatner where the Enterprise has been 
  63. turned into a restaurant and somebeody is choking, and Kirk orders whoever's
  64. playing McCoy to give the victim the Heimlich maneuver, and he says"Dammit Jim,
  65. I'm a doctor, not a...(sudden pause)...OH!" and does it.

  68. cup of coffee?" with the rejoinder ending "...not a busboy!".
