- Don't worry, in about 7-8 years "mentally challenged" will have
- exactly the same connotations as "mentally retarded" does now. It's
- the examples of society pointed out as "mentally challenged" that will
- have thes effect on the connotation of the phrase, just as it did on
- "mentally retarded".

- Afo-American, Colored, "People of Color", etc. I think we're back to
- Black, but I'm not entirely sure - I haven't read Time in a couple of
