- I ordered the first part of the Discovery-program (6 tapes) together
- with a friend about 3-4 years ago. The tapes were very relaxing and
- amusing and although I personally never have experienced an oobe, my
- friend claims that he has (with the help of the tapes). Still I'm not
- so disappointed. The relaxing techniques the tapes deal with are very
- good and can be used for plain meditational purposes as well as pure
- searching for the oobe. In fact, I think better results are achived
- that way. Merely using the tapes with an empty mind will give more
- result that focusing on the oobe alone.
