- It isn't. The binding if Yitzchak is a foreshadowing of the sacrifice of
- Yeshua. (There's a Jewish prayer which says that, too, 'Al Chet' or

- We have discussed on that, that's true, but a fact is that it's not
- any mistranslation but a forgery in the original text. Just make 'yod'
- of 'vav' and you get 'like the lion' instead of 'pierced'. But when you
- look more thoroughly at the context, you'll see which one fits better...
- Furthermore it's translated 'pierced' in Syriac and Septuagint.
