- gee, i never knew i was a quack! in belgium where (french) fries were first
- made according to the belgians, they use many sauces, a ketchup-type thing
- being one of them. honestly, there are about 10 choices at each stand. my
- favorite was "andalusia" i think and it was pink. it tasted like thousand
- island, but without the chunky things (relish) in it. very good!
-
- i dearly love mayo on fries with salt. here in philly everyone eats cheezfries
- i guess to go with those cheezsteaks. i also eat mayo with salt and vinegar.
- has anyone tried that? malt vinegar is best. i do not recommend balsamic.
