  19. Partly right.  BK uses the microwave to warm apple pies and hamburgers.
  20. While the hamburger still tastes good unmicrowaved, 'nuking' it gives
  21. it a little extra heat.

  23. On Whoppers, deluxe sandwiches or anything else that has mayonase or
  24. lettuce on it only the meat is warmed in the microwave, and then
  25. combined with the cold part of the hamburger - McDLT style, I guess.

  27. I don't see how using microwaves deteriorates the product, however.
  28. The 'burgers are only in there for about seven seconds.  Since BK
  29. and McD's food preperation methods are essentially the same, the question is
  30. whether you want your food hotter than usual.
