- Partly right. BK uses the microwave to warm apple pies and hamburgers.
- While the hamburger still tastes good unmicrowaved, 'nuking' it gives
- it a little extra heat.

- On Whoppers, deluxe sandwiches or anything else that has mayonase or
- lettuce on it only the meat is warmed in the microwave, and then
- combined with the cold part of the hamburger - McDLT style, I guess.

- I don't see how using microwaves deteriorates the product, however.
- The 'burgers are only in there for about seven seconds. Since BK
- and McD's food preperation methods are essentially the same, the question is
- whether you want your food hotter than usual.
