  32. I help them all the time.  If you read the motd, it says you can
  33. /msg Rogue_F for help.  And quite a few people do it, too.

  39. any authority over the server...well let's see.

  42. (FYI he was the original admin of the betwixt server who 
  43. entrusted it's care and continuement with Helen)

  61. Well, 1) It is admined by a caltech person.  2) It has sysadmin approval
  62. and 3) So what if Helen isn't from caltech?  It seems to me (from my
  63. original thought) you just want to be an oper and Helen won't let you
  64. This is some sort of attempt to gain control when you don't need any.

  85. Why change it?  Helen has the knowledge and experience to admin the server
