  16. I have to agree that your survey was poorly worded.  Having both undergrad and
  17. graduate work in Information Systems I have had quite a bit of class and
  18. job experience in producing surveys.  Unlike you rold science experiments
  19. in a survey you do not attempt to disprove your hypothesis.  Nor do you
  20. assume that what you are saying as correct or try to lead a person in the
  21. direction you want them to go.  Write questions that let them show you
  22. where they are.
