- Well, the injectors are squirting... If they were corroded, would they
- be functioning at all? The methanol also seemed to dissolve the sealer
- in our Kevlar fuel tank, and consequently some resin, so we were
- worried about that clogging the injector (we found little flakes of
- resin in the inlets of the injectors), so we soaked them in acetone
- for a while and blew them out backwards with compressed air (40psi).
- Is this an ok way to clean injectors, or did we trash them? (and if so,
- how should we clean them in the future?).

- If the pintles were stukc, would the injectors be squirting at all?
-
- [This one of mine stuck open so I guess the question would be, is is
- squirting AND closing? :-) JGD]

- Hmmm... maybe I should try warming the engine with a few hairdryers
- and warming the intake charge? Can't use starting fluid on this
- engine due to the volume of the intake between the engine and supercharger
- (and theres no pop-off valve) -- one backfire in the intake and the intake
- would be toast.
-
- [I've also used propane as a starting fuel. You could tap in the manifold
- somewhere near the runners and inject there. JGD]
