- I often have frustrating periods in dreams.. often something is about
- to happen to me (falling off a cliff, train dropping on my head from great
- height, about to be shot thru the head), and i realise that it's a dream,
- but i just CANT open my eyes, i can FEEL my eyes shut, but nothing can
- make me open them, it's like they're welded shut, and when i finally manage
- it (with great effort) i usually come out of the dream with a major all
- over muscle spasm and fly to my feet.
-
- Other frustrating bits i have are when someone is attacking me, so i punch
- and kick at them like anything (and i'm trained fairly well in martial arts,
- so i know what should happen when i do these things), but they just don't
- get hurt AT ALL, which is really frustrating, i got over this by 'deciding'
- to have a sword on me in dreams, and if anyone attacked me, there was
- always this sword on my back that i could draw and slice people with
- (Sounds like i'm a psycopath doesn't it?), but now even the power of that
- is starting to fade and i slice and slice at someone but they just don't
- die (or bleed, in fact, noone ever bled, they just fell out of sight and
- were just 'dead')..
-
- This is a bit worrying, because when i was younger i had many 'chase' dreams
- where i was being chased by a shadowy figure through a closed, unlit shopping
- centre, he never got me, i just ran and ran, but i got tired of the dream
- so one day magicked a gun out of my coat and shot him dead (ok, maybe i am
- mad), but if the power of my sword is going down, maybe this dream will
- start to reocurr, then maybe the gun will jam, or he'll have a bullet
- proof vest on, or he just wont die.. then what the hell will i do...
