- Benign application of conservative aesthetics. When someone creates a new
- group with a stupid name just to make a joke, the alt.cabal will ignore it.
- The existing stupid joke-named groups will stop existing on the cabal. This
- could be done by anyone who was willing to police their own active file, but
- with alt it's a hell of a lot of work.
