  20. Benign application of conservative aesthetics.  When someone creates a new
  21. group with a stupid name just to make a joke, the alt.cabal will ignore it.
  22. The existing stupid joke-named groups will stop existing on the cabal.  This
  23. could be done by anyone who was willing to police their own active file, but
  24. with alt it's a hell of a lot of work.
