- This confuses me. Suppose I'm out here on the fringes and want the alt.cabal
- to manage my collection of alt groups. Will there be a FTP site or email server
- where I can acquire a checkgroups at whatever intervals I desire so I can keep
- my weird non-INN news software happy?
