- I can't say that I have tried that exactly, but I do something similar
- that is probably a little more common. I sometimes "walk" on people's
- backs. I am an incredibly lightweight person and have goog balance or I
- probably wouldn't even attempt it. I usually combine it with a good
- backrub with my hands though. I usually have the person lie on the floor
- next to a wall or high piece of furniture (just in case my balance does
- slip, I have something to grab with out killing the person that I'm
- working on) and I very carefull put pressure with one foot and then bring
- in the other. Depending on the person underneath, the length of time I
- spend standing on their backs varies. I then work the muscles starting
- from the inside and going out changing the direction of my feet
- occasionally. You have to be careful doing this because of the amount of
- pressure you are exerting straight down. As lightweight as I am, 100 lbs
- is a lot of pressure. This techinique is usually better on men than women
- for obvious reasons, but most women don't have the muscle developement
- that would require that kind of pressure either. It works for me!
