  12. Went to look up the text of Judge Overton's 1982 Supreme Court decision
  13. (striking down the Arkansas law allowing "creation science" equal time
  14. in the science classrooms) which was printed in entirety in the Feb. 19,
  15. 1982 edition of Science magazine, only to find it had been summarily
  16. ripped out.  I checked, and sure enough, other articles about evolution 
  17. had also been removed.  I suspect this was done by the same person who 
  18. has taken it upon himself to pepper certain other books on evolution in 
  19. the library with little snippets of creationist arguments and biblical 
  20. verses, scribbled in the margins.  What is this person trying to prove?  
  21. Does he think he can rewrite history?

  23. Sorry to vent the steam here.  This is not an attack on creationists in
  24. general, just on the idiotic book-burning individual who is launching
  25. his crusade to rid our library of the scourge of evolutionary dogma.

  27. Does anyone know of another source that printed Judge Overton's ruling
  28. in it's entirety?
