  18. Because it's presence there means that any attempt to regulate it's well-
  19. being makes it necessary for the government to place controls upon the
  20. woman's body.  This violates what I believe to be a basic right of
  21. bodily autonomy.  I feel that it is immoral for the government to 
  22. exercise this power over another, *especially* in absence of any
  23. crime or wrongdoing on the part of the person so controlled.
