  23. an abortion, she can get it from them.  If not, she should be
  24. referred elsewhere.  If a pregnant woman "appears at the door"
  25. of a clinic she knows offers only abortion services, she
  26. probably wants an abortion.

  28. You might as well complain that a chiropractor's office doesn't
  29. offer mammograms to people who "appear at the door".
