  27. The question pre-supposes the conclusion that

  29. 1) all rights by definition are inviolate

  31. 2) the rights of the unborn child will automatically conflict with the 
  32. mother.

  34. 3) the pregnant woman has, by definition, higher priority rights than 
  35. others.
