  34. Look, Doug said he was "undecided" on "legislation". Later, when the FOCA
  35. was brought up, he said he meant "restrictive legislation". I take that
  36. as an amendment or retraction, don't you? If you want a FORMAL retraction, 
  37. or amendment, why the hell don't you ask him for one? And Doug, why the hell 
  38. don't you OFFER one or the other?
