  41. 5. an EMERGENCY 'natural delivery' when the elapse time between
  42. when the mother says: "Honey, I think it is TIME!" and her breaking
  43. water is less than 50 minutes... { we will of course, not count
  44. in this package the associated cost of getting a boat crew out,
  45. and the general complications of clearing a landing for the
  46. ER crew to bring mother and daughter ashore.... }
