  20. and an infant.   And there are factual differences between
  21. a fertilized egg and a non-fertilized egg.  The question
  22. is whether these factual differences imply moral differences.

  24. Merely asserting facts, without providing any underlying
  25. moral argument based on those facts, is not a very convincing
  26. argument.  You need to show a moral difference between
  27. killing a newborn infant and killing a late-term fetus.
