  40. someone "bet you" that something will happen/or won't.  If I recall it ended for me when I
  41. left fifth grade (as did the inyellectual growth of some people around here).
  42.    But in spite of this, I take the bait.  I bet a miliion, billion,trillion,zilion,

  44. done, Rush will turn out to be a shameless huckster, a man of cruel and narrow temeprment, who
  45. became the piper of white trash in the 90's.  He is now, and always has been, a pig.  Draw
  46. your own conclusions from this about his marching legion of ditto heads.  (are you aware
  47. ditto means (a absolutre copy?)).
