- Although the title & opening paragraph claim the goal is to
- "break the cycle of teen pregnancy", the rest of the article only
- talks about "supporting teen mothers" and "countering the negatives
- of teen pregnancy"

- Sounds to me like what they're really doing is trying to make teenage
- motherhood a more reasonable option, which is certainly a noble cause, but
- I fail to see that they're doing anything about what the title suggests:
- *preventing* teen pregnancy.
