  32. 1. IF the person you are planning to date is NOT
  33. cleared to the level of your current and potential
  34. clearance level, then there exists a CLEAR possibility
  35. that you may be engaging in a Breach of National Security,
  36. as it is possible that you may utter something which is not
  37. for dissemination at their level of clearance.

  39. 2. If you are interested in dating anyone who has, or 
  40. potentially Might have, a security clearance, then it is
  41. obvious that the two stipulated cases are operable, as you
  42. may be obliged to engage in either of said aforementioned cases.

  45. interested in a person who's level of, actual or potential, 
  46. security clearance is higher than your own, and hence 
  47. obliging them to engage in dangerous security practices.
