- This is a perfectly serious question:
- How "prevalent" does it have to be before it's worth making a fuss
- about?

- I think it's more than prevalent enough already, myself. (I hope
- that comes as no surprise to anyone here.) But I am really
- interested in knowing the point at which Walter would think that the
- case has been made. I'd also like to know whether he thinks of this
- as the sort of thing that needs to be established "beyond a reasonable
- doubt" or whether "a preponderance of the evidence" will do. (In
- case anyone wonders, I think that the "reasonable doubt" standard
- has been met.)
