  24. I have not seen a viable wording of policies (that would help make
  25. benefits more equitable) that I would give to my HR department. 
  26. If you want to call me a hypocrite because I do only as much 
  27. as I do and not as much as you want me to do, that is *your* problem. 
  28. If you want to say that I am not sane because I dont do things *your*
  29. way, THAT is *your* problem.  I try my best to practice what 
  30. I preach; if i don't do it well enough to satisfy your idea of 
  31. what I should do, I apologize to you.

  53. you think might be useful.  But grant me the freedom to use what 
  54. I see as useful, and do what I think will work; not what *you*

  61. What you need is a little tact, and the ability to see that you 
  62. can't dictate to others how to act on their convictions. That those 
  63. who don't do things to your satisfaction aren't neccesarily hypocrites 
  64. or insane.   Telling people that they are hypocrites because they 
  65. don't act on things 'well' enough for you isn't going to get you many 
  66. allies.  And Jess, sorry 'bout the flames to Bob here, but I hope
