  18. my great-great-uncle in Lawrence County, Kentucky.

  20. Uncle Harry Proc last took a bath (or shower? no one knows) literally
  21. sometime around 1978.  He is the archetype of today's mountain man, and
  22. too many posts to soc.motss remind me of him:  smelly, dirt flaking off 
  23. exposed body parts, and just downright rank if you're downwind.
