  19. Did I say I wrote any letter to HR?  Did I say I had the answers 
  20. on how to get it accomplished?  Nope.  I don't understand why you 
  21. have to take such a rediculous attitude like that, Bob.  *If* I 
  22. could offer them a proven way to do it, that has worked in 
  23. other places, that the company could take seriously, I'd do it. 
  24. But I don't have that. But your thought of having people share 
  25. the ideas they do have to help each other is good.
