  20. If we wish to feed it on our own machines, at our own cost, in our own
  21. parallel net, it can be *our* newsgroup.  It's Usenet's, no more ours
  22. than Cramer's when you get right down to it, and while we'd *like* it
  23. to be "safe space" we don't have any *right* to "safe space."
