  19. I happen to object to the word "herstory" on purely esthetic grounds.  It
  20. ranks right up with PC abominations such as "looksism" and "womyn"
  21. (plural womien?).  It has nothing to do at all with my views on the place 
  22. of women (or wimmin, or womyn) in our society.
