  19. Sorry...a year ago I wrote a rather vanilla sexual encounter on a dare,
  20. and eventually ended up posting it in rec.arts.erotica and alt.sex.stories.
  21. A month ago I was frustrated with work and decided to do something totally
  22. frivolous & recreational & creative - so I wrote another vanilla sexual
  23. encounter. As a writing exercise I tried to improve my character development
  24. & dialogue...and to bring it closer to the level of what's normally on 
  25. alt.sex.stories, I made it an encounter between two women.

  27. I've recieved PHONE CALLS about this story. One from a guy who seemed 
  28. nice (Ed in Chicago, who called in the morning and woke me up) and a
  29. few rather obscene calls late at night from men talking about the 
  30. story. Most of the email I've received is from men - and most of it
  31. rather complimentary. Still...why the interest?

  33. I think that part of why the idea of bisexual women in particular is
  34. enticing to men is  the idea that "ah, they're having sex, hmm, I'll jump 
  35. in".  Most straight men seem to have an easier time accepting bisexual
  36. or lesbian women than bisexual or gay men - and I think it's not just 
  37. that straight men might be "concerned" about being "hit on" [everyone
  38. gets hit on, women usually - learn some social skills, brother]. I
  39. think it's because oral sex & hand/vaginal contact is more "acceptable"
  40. to anal sex.
