  22. a movement for/about GLB or women, BUT the existence of that movement
  23. would not occured if it were not for an oppressive group, straight or
  24. men.  You don't see a straight or masculine movement, because they're
  25. not oppressed and therefore have no reason to exist.

  33. I guess my interpretation was that her increased involvement in the 
  34. lesbian community was due to a sense of support, friendship and
  35. security that she doesn't get in her other community.  This in turn
  36. lead to her distancing herself from men (but not due to negative
  37. reasons).
