  20. True - going way back to "Leave it to Beaver 1980" on KISW.  They
  21. obtain the unique "modulation" of the voice by putting the tape deck
  22. in queue mode and turning the reels by hand.  West is actually quite
  23. a voice artist.  He does a dead-on Kasey Kasem.
