- This is probably the teleoperative surgery project which Col Satava
- has highlighted during several of his talks at conferences - most
- recently at Visualization 92 in Boston. This system was developed by
- SRI under program manager Phil Green - hence the "Green Project". It
- involves stereo video camaras, sound and force feedback. The first
- practical use will be for endoscopic surgery.
