  14. The third launch is slated for January.  If that works out okay, they hope
  15. to ramp things up very quickly in 1993.  There's a backlog of payloads
  16. waiting for the second-launch problems to be solved.

  18. (Yes, problems plural:  apparently they had both a first/second-stage
  19. separation problem, and a fairing-separation problem.)  (Yet more proof
  20. that God did not mean us to build rockets that shed parts on the way up. :-))
