  11. The Dec. 1992 issue of Mechanical Engineering has a 4 page
  12. cover story on the Delta Clipper.  It has a few details I had
  13. not seen before.  Can someone explain in more detail Aerojet's
  14. proposal for the DC-Y, the "integrated modular platelet engine"?
  15. The description in the article was a bit too terse.
