- Hmm. Don't know where you visited, except perhaps Toronto The Good.
- In Vancouver, it is an iffy proposition whether a car will or will not
- stop for a red light, anyway. In Ottawa (home to our nation's finest
- bureaucrats) nobody pays attention to the lights, and I'm not sure
- whether jaywalking is worth a citation in either sense.
