  18. Hmm. Don't know where you visited, except perhaps Toronto The Good.
  19. In Vancouver, it is an iffy proposition whether a car will or will not
  20. stop for a red light, anyway. In Ottawa (home to our nation's finest
  21. bureaucrats) nobody pays attention to the lights, and I'm not sure
  22. whether jaywalking is worth a citation in either sense.
