  27.     1)  Fill out the appropriate forms;
  28.     2)  Pay the required fee.
  29. Do you know what the requirement for winning a lawsuit that you've filed is?
  30.     1)  You must convince a jury of people selected on the basis of their
  31.         inability to understand what the lawsuit's about that you've got
  32.         a valid claim.
