- by default (or by extension to whomever authored the text
- the author is transcribing from a source other than the
- net), but de facto authorized for excerpting for the
- purpose of commentary on the net, but only so far as you
- can get a de-facto to work in whatever court would be anal
- enough to accept Sarfatti's case...
