  19. by default (or by extension to whomever authored the text
  20. the author is transcribing from a source other than the
  21. net), but de facto authorized for excerpting for the
  22. purpose of commentary on the net, but only so far as you
  23. can get a de-facto to work in whatever court would be anal
  24. enough to accept Sarfatti's case...

  26. Also, while you retain copyrights to your sentences, I
  27. accrue copyrights to my rearrangements of them.  We'll have
  28. to work out the royalty splits later.

  31. posted on the net without benefit of explicit copyright
