  15.     I received two e-mail requests for repeating  (A1) and (A3).
  16.   In the future, please  consult my previous postings in TIME HAS INERTIA.  
  17.   (A1)and (A2), as well as (A3) and (A4) have been repeated at least
  18.   50 times.

  20.    (A1) says that the behavior of matter (animate or inanimate, particles or
  21.         galaxies) always manifests

  29.    instantaneously  created to oppose the creation of the current       
  30.    (i.e., to maintain the status quo).  But of course subsequent
  31.    maintenance of the electric current overpowers - and the magnetic 
  32.    flux is sustained - creating a new status quo.

  34.    Conversely, when a magnetic  flux is created thru a loop, an electric 
  35.    current is instantaneously created to oppose the creation of the flux 
  36.    (i.e., to maintain the status quo).  But of course subsequent forced 
  37.    presence and absence of the magnetic flux overpowers - and the 
  38.    electric current is sustained - creating a new status quo.
