- This seems to be the crux of the matter. Personally, I will vote for or
- against the new group depending mostly on who has volunteered to moderate
- it. So I want to know this *first*, before we have a great deal more
- discussion of the details. The first time this idea was (informally)
- proposed, some of the volunteers for moderators were the people who generate
- most of the material that I would want to exclude in the first place.
