- ould some kind soul out there explain to me the relationship
- between Focal Length and Angle of View. For example, if I have
- a 35mm camera with a 55mm lens, what is the angle of the arc
- describing the area of it's view.

- ___ / what is
- camera | |====<) this angle?

- I'm guessing that it might be 2*TAN (IMAGE SIZE / Focal Length)
-
- Is this correct, or is there another formula?
-
- Please respond to srobiner@pollux.usc.edu as I don't normally read
- this group. Thanks in advance,
