  22. It may vary from state to state, but here in MA a physician has
  23. the legal right to give a "chemical restraint" i.e. an
  24. involuntarily administered tranquilizing drug, when someone
  25. represents an acute and immediate danger to h'self or others in
  26. the doctor's judgment.
