  14. the last couple of decades.  Doctors use them for the "You should do ______ and
  15. that would add _____ years to your life expectency." statements.  Is there
  16. a "swag" table for these calculations?  A Reader's Digest/Woman's Day
  17. layman-type few-page table that I could get?
