- Been there. Biggest help to me? Two things.

- 2) I am a Non-Smoker *between cigarettes*, but I choose *not* to have
- one right now. I'm putting it off. Maybe I'll have one at 1:00. When
- 1:00 rolls around, I'll put it off till 1:15.
