- Geez, you're right. The land should not be locked up, but made
- available to anyone who wants it. I think Alaska would look great as
- a giant mobile-home park. We might as well let the developers have
- Walden pond for their condo's and office buildings like they've been
- trying to do for several years now.

- I suggest you visit the "horrid East" of the U.S. and see what
- uncontrolled development can do. You're living in an environment up
- there which has trailed the mainland in development, environmental
- disasters (expcept for Valdez, of course) and other fun side effects
- of civilization. But, it'll catch up.
