  25.    Think about the hundred year plan Japan might have had in 1938 - they
  26.    have encountered a few technical difficulties, but seem to be getting it
  27.    back on track.

  31. I would imagine that Japan's 1938 100 year plan would have been based
  32. on the use of Manchukuo (their name for Manchuria or Liaoning) and
  33. probably on further conquests in China and maybe in the Soviet Far
  34. East.  Not much salvageable from that plan.
