  16. Victor Yodaiken's Massachusetts is in much better shape than Alaska in
  17. that almost all of the land in Massachusetts is in private hands.  It
  18. is unfortunate that so much land in the West is in the hands of the
  19. Federal Government.  The Federal Government should auction off 3/4
  20. of its land in the Western states including Alaska.

  22. Alaskans should get their Congrressmen to introduce a bill to do that.
  23. Even if it doesn't pass the first time, it will be fun to hear the
  24. statists like Yodaiken howl.
